Data deletion request

Send us an email, or a WhatsApp message to the number below, containing:

• the subject line “Delete my data”;
• the phone number you gave in the enquiry — this is how we find your record;
• your name, and the email address you used, if you gave one.

If you never contacted us and only want the record of your website visit removed, there is no name or number attached to it — so tell us instead roughly when you visited (the date, and the time of day) and which pages you looked at, and we will find it and delete it. That record is in any case deleted automatically after 18 months.

We may call you back once, on that number, only to confirm the request is really yours. We will not use the call to sell you anything.

• We acknowledge your request within 7 days.
• We delete your enquiry record — name, phone number, email address, form answers, call history and follow-up notes — within 30 days, and confirm to you when it is done.
• The record of your visits to this website, and the advertising identifiers attached to it, go with it.
• Your number is removed from our calling lists, so our team will not contact you again.

If you have booked or registered a property with us, we cannot delete the records of that transaction. Sale agreements, receipts, payment records and registration documents must be kept under Indian tax, accounting and property law — generally for eight years. In that case we delete everything that is not part of those records, tell you exactly what is being kept and why, and stop using any of it for marketing.

Removing your details from our system does not remove them from Facebook, Instagram or Google. Those platforms hold their own copy of anything you submitted to them, and you must ask them separately, through the privacy settings of your own account.

If you do not hear from us within 30 days, write again to the same address marking it “Escalation — grievance”. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
